Empowering Exceptional Leaders: Through business coaching, CXO coaching, and transformative coaching, we help leaders achieve the impossible Goals.
What’s
in a name?
We love hearing our clients say. “I never thought this was possible for me” or “I would have settled for much less without The Clarityst.” This is what we do – help our clients see possibilities they didn’t know existed, then make them fall in love with their vision. Once they fall in love with their vision they begin to achieve things that seemed impossible just a while ago. That’s how we get our name. We bring ‘clarity’ of vision and be the ‘catalyst’ to make it happen. Clarity + Catalyst = Clarityst. We are The Clarityst.
Hello from the CEO
In my 25+ years in tech, I’ve led at Google, Amazon, IBM, and Deloitte—driving global sales, leading large-scale transformations, and shaping national cloud strategies.
But what defines me isn’t the titles—it’s the audacious pivots. From starting in HR to becoming a tech leader, from managing teams to now building one as CEO and Chief Coach at Techsector Services, my journey reflects what I teach: reinvention is always possible.
Having lived across India, Singapore, Sweden, and now Canada, and worked with clients in over 25 countries, I bring a global perspective to every coaching conversation.
Today, as The Clarityst, an ICF ACC-certified leadership and business coach, I help CXOs, tech leaders, and women professionals break through limits, lead with clarity, and design impossible goals, help you achieve them.
Outside of coaching, I’m a mom, a wife, and a lifelong learner grounded in yoga, faith, and resilience. My story—like many others—is one of falling, rebuilding, and rising stronger.

Our
Client Profile
Our clients inspire us with their transformation. When they begin their journeys with us, they show up as some or many of these:
Visionaries
They imagine and reimagine a future that is better, bolder, and bigger than anything they have been or done so far. They feel an undercurrent of a beautiful dissatisfaction with how things are now. They want to do big, impactful things, but they may not know what or how yet.
Plateaued
They are highly successful but feel stuck. They are ready for that next big move but need help breaking through ceilings. They have a strong narrative about themselves, which has served them well so far, but they may need to rewrite it for their next big goal.
Unlikely Fits
They usually have a rogue resume. Unconventional career paths, unlikely fits, have broad experiences, made unorthodox choices. They have charted a path for themselves. They often couldn’t imagine where they are today.
Influential
They have a circle of influence that's beyond themselves, their immediate teams, and families. They usually have influence over an entire organization, community, or even a nation. When they transform, the effects are far-reaching.
Defiers
They have been told they are too soon to succeed, or that they can't do it. Driven, with a tinge of rebellion. They have a strong conviction in themselves although they have had to deal with the "I possibly can't do it" belief many times along the way.
Seekers
They are deeply questioning, reflecting, and wondering. They may not have all the answers but they are seeking impact, happiness, and fulfillment.

Testiomonials
"Priya coached me to realize my own potential and listen to my inner voice. I was interviewing for a new role and was about to settle for a position much lower than what I deserved. I discussed this with Priya and just after one session, I negotiated to get a much senior position in a fast-growing startup. I had several such breakthroughs during my sessions with her and now my career is on a completely different trajectory."
Kopal Agarwal
"Throughout my career I was exposed to many types of coaches, and Priya is a truly unique one. I started my journey with Priya with the goal of developing learning how to 'control' preceptions of me. Through my work with Priya, not only was I able to make meaninful changes which improved my relationship, I also learnt a lot about myself beyond the immidiate goal for the sessions. Priya has an ability to create a safe enviornment where you can explore all posibilites, fail, and learn."
Shirley Andriesh
Priya has a unique ability to create a safe space while gently challenging limiting beliefs. When I began coaching, I was focused only on professional growth. Through her holistic approach, I gained clarity on my motivations, mindset, and deeper aspirations. She helped me shift from just the “how” to also understanding the “why.” Priya’s empathetic yet action-oriented style made a lasting impact. I highly recommend her as a coach.

Questions
The cost for a 1:1 coaching engagement can vary widely, depending on several factors like the coach’s experience, niche (life vs leadership vs executive), location, session length, and whether it’s part of a longer program or just one‑off. Here are some typical ranges and what drives the variation:
Typical Price Ranges
- Hourly sessions for general coaching: around US $50‑$250 per hour.

What Affects the Cost
- Coach’s credentials & reputation: More experienced, highly‑certified, or niche/specialist coaches command higher fees.
- Client type / niche: Coaching executives or business owners often costs more (due to higher stakes) vs. more general life‑coaching.
The cost of a leadership‑workshop can vary widely depending on factors such as duration, delivery mode (in‑person vs virtual), customization, facilitator credentials, participant number, and location. Here are some indicative ranges:
- Some short workshops (90 minutes to a few hours) cost ~ £250+VAT in the UK.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification is the best and most respected coaching certification worldwide.
The highest coaching certification offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
ACC – Associate Certified Coach (entry level)
PCC – Professional Certified Coach (intermediate level)
MCC – Master Certified Coach (highest level)
The most reputable life-coaching certification is from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)—their credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) are widely regarded as the global benchmark.
ICF is a nonprofit professional body that sets standards for coaching globally.
Many guides say that programs accredited by ICF are the most trusted among clients and organisations.
The most recognised coaching qualification worldwide is the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
Why it’s the most recognised:
Global Standard: ICF sets the benchmark for professional coaching across industries and countries.
Accredited Pathways: Its certifications (ACC, PCC, and MCC) are trusted by organizations, corporations, and clients globally.
Ethics & Quality: ICF enforces strict training, mentoring, and ethical standards.
Career Longevity: ICF coaches have higher credibility and marketability in the long term.
In short, ICF certification — especially at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) level — is considered the gold standard in the coaching profession.
The three major types of coaching are:
Executive or Leadership Coaching – Focuses on improving leadership skills, decision-making, and performance in professional or organizational settings.
Life Coaching – Helps individuals set and achieve personal goals, improve relationships, and enhance overall life satisfaction and well-being.
Career Coaching – Supports clients in career planning, job transitions, skill development, and achieving professional growth.
These three form the core areas, though many specializations (like health, business, or performance coaching) branch out from them.

Yes — the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is one of the best-known and most respected accrediting bodies in the world for professional coaching.
Global Recognition: ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) are recognized in more than 140 countries.
High Standards: ICF sets rigorous requirements for training hours, mentoring, ethics, and experience.
Quality Assurance: Programs accredited by ICF (called ICF-accredited coach training programs, or ACTPs/Level 1–3) meet strict educational and ethical standards.
Professional Credibility: Many organizations and clients specifically look for ICF-certified coaches.
You can become a leadership coach without certification, but you’ll need to build credibility, skills, and results in other ways. Here’s how to do it effectively:
1. Leverage Your Existing Experience
Use your leadership or management background as your foundation — real-world experience adds authenticity.
Highlight outcomes you’ve achieved (team performance, culture change, strategic growth).
2. Self-Educate and Train Informally
Read top books on leadership and coaching (e.g., “Co-Active Coaching”, “The Coaching Habit”, “Dare to Lead”).
Take short online courses on leadership or coaching (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
Study frameworks like GROW, CLEAR, or SMART goals.
3. Start Coaching Informally
Offer free or low-cost coaching to colleagues, peers, or small business owners.
Collect testimonials and measure progress (client feedback, KPIs, behavioral changes).
A Certified Leadership Coach program is a structured training program that teaches the skills, frameworks, and competencies required to coach leaders effectively and provides a formal credential upon completion. These programs are often accredited by professional bodies like the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to ensure quality and global recognition.
Key Features of a Certified Leadership Coach Program:
Coaching Fundamentals
Core coaching skills: active listening, powerful questioning, empathy, feedback.
Ethical standards and professional boundaries.
Leadership Focus
Understanding organizational dynamics, leadership styles, and executive challenges.
Coaching leaders on decision-making, team performance, strategic thinking, and change management.
Practical Training
Live coaching sessions, role-plays, and mentor coaching.
Supervised practice hours to build real-world experience.
Assessment & Credential
Completion often requires passing evaluations, demonstrating coaching competencies, and submitting coaching hours.
Accredited programs may grant ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
The cost of a leadership‑coach certification program varies widely depending on factors like accreditation, duration, format (online vs in‑person), and provider. Here’s a breakdown of typical costs and what influences them:
1. Typical Cost Ranges
- Entry‑level programs (shorter duration, fewer hours) often start around US $1,000–4,000.
- Mid‑level programs (more hours, deeper content, some live/mentor coaching) often fall in the US $4,000–10,000 range.
2. What Drives the Cost
Accreditation (for example by International Coaching Federation (ICF) or other global bodies) tends to increase cost because of stricter standards.
- Training hours & format: More live/interactive sessions, mentor coaching, supervised practice mean higher cost.
3. What This Means For You
If you're considering a leadership coach certification, budget accordingly: anywhere from a few thousand USD (or equivalent in your local currency) for a shorter/basic program, up to US $10K+ for a top‑tier, highly accredited one. Make sure to check what the tuition covers (mentoring, supervision, hours, accreditation) and whether it’s suitable for your goals and budget.
The duration of a leadership coach certification program varies quite a bit depending on depth, accreditation level, and format. Here are some typical time frames and examples:
- Some short programs run for ~6 weeks, focusing on foundational leadership‑coaching skills.
- More comprehensive programs span 3‑6 months (for example, 2‑3 months in one case) with structured training, practice labs and mentoring.
- Advanced or executive‑level leadership‑coach certifications can run 8 months or more with multiple modules, live/online hybrid formats and a larger commitment.
So, a reasonable expectation is between 2 to 8 months, depending on how deep you want to go.
If you tell me your budget, location (India / online), and time availability, I can check typical durations for programs in your region.
